Just wanted to let folks know I am disabled now from an accident suffered during the 27th year of a career as a firefighter/paramedic.I can do the tasks required of daily living. Thats about it. I was injured in 2001 and still have not received my rightful disability benefits. I loved being in the fire service but now, since I am disabled, I don't get out much.
I wanted to come to the 40th reunion but I don't think its going to happen.
