Dave Hourigan and Dawn Moselle

High School Sweethearts! What a wonderful family you have, Dave and Dawn. Thanks for sharing your update and precious photo. I added a bonus photo just for you, Dave - lol! And YES, I'll see you at the reunion for sure!

Cathy

Dawn and I really enjoyed reading your email and looking at your blog. The only exception was looking at the In Memorial section. It was very sad to see some of our classmates there.

We could not believe how little you have changed. What is your secret?

It sounds like you have had a very exciting and interesting life, and you have some very nice looking kids.

We just got back from a week in Maui this morning and are facing the stark reality of going back to work tomorrow.

Dawn and I have lived in Valencia for 32 years (how is that possible?) We have 4 children.

Chad is 34. He and his wife and 3 girls (Brooke 6, Laine 4 and Eva 6 months) live in Newport Beach. Chad is a senior manager for Ernst & Young. They live a block and a half from the beach and are loving the Orange County beach lifestyle.

Ryan is 32. He and his wife and daughter (Kayla 3 and Brett 15 months) live in Valencia. Ryan played football for Cal State Northridge before they dumpd the football program. Ryan is a police officer with LAPD.

Todd is 29 and he and his wife of 1 year also live in Valencia. Todd played football at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Todd is a police officer with the Ventura City Police Department.

Both Ryan and Todd love their jobs, but both caught us totally surprised when they made the decision to go into law enforcement.

Kyli is 25 and lives in Aliso Viejo (Orange County) with her husband, their little girl (Hailey 2) and a little girl due in December. Kyli is a stay at home mom.

Can you believe it, 7 grandchildren and only 1 boy. Where is my football team?

Dawn was a stay at home mom for our kids. She now works part time for a design firm that does interior design for restaurants and medical facilities, including senior homes. She really enjoys what she does and does a great job.

I have spent my career in bull riding. Actually, I have worked in Human Resources. Not quite as exciting as bull riding but somewhat less painful.

We are hoping to be able to go to the reunion. We went to the 10 and 25 but missed the 30. We should know by Wednesday of this week if we can make it. I assume you are planning to attend. I have not seen a list of attendees. We look forward to seeing you. You will be easy to find because you will be the one that looks the same.

I attached a photo of Dawn and I with 5 of our grandchildren at our youngest son's wedding a year ago. I am the little kid with the mustache.
