Donna Luce Neitman, BHS '67, said her brother Don Luce was told by Gary Luther (both BHS '70) that his brother Frank had passed away.
Donna went to Benjamin Franklin Elementary school with Frank.

Frank was my friend. lived on Catalina near the Lockheed Recreation area now called Robert Gross Park. He drove out to Pima,Arizona to visit with me before I went into the U.S. Airforce in late 1971. He had a printing business in the West San Fernando Valley. He liked Jethro Tull.
