Diana Jean Bush Booth, BHS '67 (1949-2014)

Please scroll down for updates

This is the hard part of preparing for a reunion... discovering that high school friends with whom you lost touch, had past away...

Diana Jean Bush Booth
October 4, 1949 - June 15, 2014
Married July 4, 1969 to Jim Booth

I remember Diana being a wonderful, fun-loving friend with an infectious smile and sparkling eyes.

We send our deepest condolences and prayers to Diana's husband Jim (married almost 45 years), their sons and daughter, James, Joel and Jackie, and their seven precious grandchildren.

Jim's heartbreaking reply to my inquiry was, "Sorry to inform you that my sweet Loving Wife, my life and best friend Diana past away In June 2014. I miss her so much. Thank you."

Diana and Jim lived in Burbank when she succumbed to a heart attack.

"Here is the last picture I have of Diana before she passed away." - Jim

One of my very best friends in high school. I wondered why I hadn't been able to reach her. Thank you so much for telling us. What a wonderful person she was.
Did you know that she was related to Mary Tyler Moore the actress?
I would really like to talk to her husband Jim Booth if you know how to contact. The last I knew of them was in Burbank don't know if they've moved since then.

Rich did move to another high school to finish his education. I remember he came up to our reunion one year. I can't remember which year, but it was the one where we had the Friday night party at our house in Brace Canyon and the Sunday picnic at Brace Park. R.I.P. my friend.

Mark Littleton Sr
Bless his soul. Wonderful memories. <3 br=""> Rich loved the Lord.
Thanks to Dona Foy Porcaro Bruckner for getting us all together years back.

Dona Foy Porcaro Bruckner
Mark, I was just thinking about our time with Rich and the fun we had. May he rest in peace😂

James L Vignale
I ran with Rich for about 4 years. He was a natural leader and a great friend. He was always happy and ready to have a good time. I'm glad he was surrounded by his children and grandchildren in his last days. His daughter words were a great tribute to Rich. Besides being a loving father she said he was the only person she new that spent time at the South Pole and the North Pole. He loved adventure even back in High School. He was the leader he made the plans for every weekend. The last time I saw Rich he was driving from Idaho to LA for his work. He stayed overnight in Las Vegas and called me and I met him at the hotel he was staying at and we had a great time. RIP Rich a life well lived.

Pat Bushman
My prayers and condolences to his family. Rest In Peace.
