Joe Frank Leeper
September 6, 1949 - August 2022
Sad news... we just learned that Joe Leeper from our class of 1967, passed away a few weeks ago.
This all we know at this time.
Joe's brother, Pat Leeper, was BHS '64.
RIP Joe.
