YES! This Neal's yearbook. Here's what he wrote when I asked him in Facebook:
"Yes, yes it is. It's just now been FedEx'ed back to me. I sent it to them with the proviso that it not be posted or published until 100 years after my death. They said, after reading it, that it wasn't that important to keep confidential."
