Tickets are still available for the best fireworks show in the San Fernando Valley but you need to act fast! Since 1994, Burbank’s Starlight Bowl has been thrilling audiences with spectacular fireworks displays and family-friendly entertainment every Fourth of July.

This year's July 4th event marks the opening day of the Starlight Bowl concert season. The "Star Spangled Salute to America" features performances by the Burbank Philharmonic Orchestra and the Swing Kings, topped off with the Valley's premiere fireworks display. The Burbank Philharmonic will be performing their POPS Concert with music from John Williams, Gershwin and Souse. The Swing Kings play a variety of upbeat musical styles ranging from Big Band and Rock to Funk and Latin. Doors open at 6:00 p.m., entertainment begins at 6:30, and fireworks are at 9:00.

City offices are closed today, July 3rd, in celebration of Independence Day, which means you can no longer purchase tickets in person for tomorrow's event. But you can still purchase tickets online! To do so, just click this link for Star Spangled Salute to America tickets, click the "Purchase" button, then click an area of the seating chart to see what seats are still available. Tickets must be purchased in advance for this event -- they will not be available at the venue on July 4th.

All 2,000 lawn seats have sold out but limited reserved seating tickets still remain. Lower reserved seating tickets are $20 each ($17 for senior or disabled patrons); upper reserved seating tickets are $15 each ($13 for senior or disabled). Children aged two or under receive free admission. Parking is $5 per vehicle and it is stacked parking, so arrive early and plan for extra time to exit the facility at the end of the night.

Food and beverage concessions at the Starlight Bowl are now provided by BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse. The menu features a selection of BJ's favorites, including their turkey breast sandwich, BBQ chicken chopped salad and, of course, their award-winning beer. Assorted coffees and treats are also available for purchase at the Bowl, provided by San Marco Coffee.

The city of Burbank reserves the right to cancel the fireworks display in the event of inclement weather or fire danger, but there are no plans to do so at this time. Refunds will not be provided if the fireworks are canceled. The fireworks have only been canceled once, in 2007, since the Starlight Bowl began hosting the event.
