Sadly, this week we just discovered that Bob Grueter died 20 years ago.I only have wonderful memories of him as he was a great guy and lots of fun. Bob and I had many classes together at both Muir & BHS and we became good friends over the years. His father was one of my math teachers. Like with most, we lost touch after graduation.
In my 1967 yearbook, Bob wrote, "Cathy Palmer C. Peeps hows it going. I hope to see you in the future and I hope we will always remain friends (if you're lucky). Truthfully, I'm going to make it a point to see you in the future. Good luck always. Love, Bob Grueter"
We miss you and love you, Bob.

In 1972 there was a BHS math teacher named Greuter. Any relation?
ReplyDeleteYes, Bob's father taught math at BHS. I enjoyed his class. Bob also has at least 2 brothers, one named Corby a year or two older than us.
